If we receive your order till 15:00 pm and all items are in stock, we ship it the same day. If an item should be out of stock we will inform you by eMail or phone to arrange a part delivery, if you agree.

To calculate the arrival time of your order, please add the delivery days shown below to the current date
(starting from the next business day).

Austria — DPD               3-5 Business days            Free

We offer payment by Cash on Delivery for shipments to Germany and Austria. In that case you pay your order by invoice when you receive your package.

Track your order online

After shipping the order you will receive an Shipping confirmation per email with the Shipping number and a link to the website of the carrier, where you can track the parcel.

You can also check the status of your order in your Customer Account. By clicking on “Review Order” you will find the order details as well as a link with the Shipping number. By clicking on the link, you can track the order. We are also happy to give you information about the status of your order over the phone or by per Email.
