Conditions of Use
Welcome to BioBuddha. If you visit or shop at BioBuddha you agree to accept the following terms. They apply to all orders placed on our website and by eMail. By accepting your order an agreement is established between you and BioBuddha. Other terms of use are not valid if not agreed upon in writing.
Shop Securely with SSL
The use of SSL on our entire website ensures maximum security while you shop. Prior to transmission, your personal data is SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted by our software at the rate of up to 2048 bit – providing an extremely high level of security. Consequently, the information cannot be read by unauthorized parties when transmitted online. The data you enter is converted into an illegible code, which can be securely transmitted.
Order Process and Delivery

We will send you an order confirmation by eMail after receiving your order. As soon as your order is shipped we will inform you about it by sending you a shipping confimation by eMail. In the unlikely event that one of our suppliers is unable to deliver the items you ordered, BioBuddha can withdraw from the agreement. You will be informed immediately by eMail that we cannot deliver the items you ordered.

Exchange and Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items, no questions asked, within 100 days of delivery for a full refund. The return time starts after you receive the goods.
Important: Returns without prior notice will not be accepted. Therefore please contact us by eMail, and we will instruct you how to return the products. Free returns are only possible from customers in Holland, Belgium and France.
After receiving the return parcel, we will refund the purchase price within 7 days or exchange the products upon request. Shipping costs or COD charges cannot be refunded.
Exchange of Broken or Incorrect Items
If we made a mistake and you did not receive the items you ordered or if the items you received are damaged, please call us or write us an email. After receiving the exchange or replace shipment you are required to return the original shipment within 30 days. Simply fill out the provided return form and ship it back to us together with the items carefully packaged. In any case we will cover the cost and risk of the return shipment.
Shipping Damages
The transport risk is covered by BioBuddha. If you receive a damaged package, immediately file a complaint with the delivery person and refuse to take the package. Also please contact us and we will send you a replacement for the damaged items free of charge.
Conditional Sale
All goods delivered to you remain the property of BioBuddha until fully paid.
Revocation
You have the option to revoke your order in any text format (e.g. e-mail, letter) within 14 days after placing it without having to disclose any reason for your cancelation. In the event of an effective revocation, each party must return the shipment/payment it has received.
Force Majeure
If we are prevented from fulfilling the obligations arising from a purchase agreement due to force majeure or circumstances beyond our control, BioBuddha cannot be held liable.
